Dual career Engineering + retail execution

Who I am

I bridge component engineering with the business of buying and selling cars and parts—so recommendations are never abstract theory and every listing is backed by inspection discipline.

My engineering work focuses on designing and testing vehicle components under rapid development cycles, with deepening specialization in electric vehicle programs—the same class of rigor seen on flagship EV platforms like HUMMER EV and Sierra EV. That mindset carries directly into how I evaluate powertrain risk, HV systems, and supplier quality.

On the business side, I operate in digital marketplaces: finding undervalued inventory, negotiating with data, and reconditioning to a Certified Pre-Owned–style standard so buyers get the Certified Advantage of transparency—not a cosmetic quick flip.

What we do

Capabilities split the way clients actually buy

Each pillar has its own page on this site—here is the map of how we help.

Spare parts & specification

Correct first-time fitment for pads, rotating electrics, chassis hardware, filtration, and special-order assemblies. We cross-reference VIN, option codes, and supersessions so shops do not eat comebacks.

  • OE-match and tier-1 aftermarket sourcing
  • Documentation pack for install bays
  • Volume quotes for fleets and independents

Engineering & validation mindset

Structured test thinking—requirements, traceability, bench and vehicle sign-off—applied to real-world diagnostics and retail preparation.

  • Multi-point inspection methodology
  • Performance diagnostics under load
  • EV/HV safety-of-function awareness

Acquisitions & flips

Screen listings like an engineer and negotiate like an operator. Reconditioning mirrors CPO checklists so retail customers see consistency, not surprises.

  • Remote screening memos
  • On-site buyer’s advocate inspections
  • Trade-in positioning with market comps

Consulting & finance navigation

Loan structures, incentives, and total-cost models using the same data discipline we use in engineering gates—clarity over pressure.

  • Budget-fit financing options
  • Negotiation scripts for desk and private party
  • Fleet and small-business acquisition planning

How we work

1. Clarify the job. Parts need VIN or platform; acquisitions need links and goals; consulting needs timeline and budget band.

2. Apply technical filters. We reject “good enough” when torque, thermal, or HV context says otherwise.

3. Deliver proof. Photos, codes, measurements, and written summaries—so you can decide fast.

4. Close the loop. After delivery, we tune sourcing and pricing based on what the field tells us.

Principles

  • Engineering honesty over sales hype
  • Repeatable inspection checklists
  • Digital tools + physical verification
  • Margin discipline on both buy and sell
Spare parts promise

If we spec it, we stand behind fitment context. When OEM ambiguity exists, we tell you before money moves.
